The Peer-Led Circle (2027)

Joining one of our pilot membership hubs requires an annual membership launching in 2027 fee will give you a discount to this project 

Yes. Connection is central to both membership hubs. You’ll meet people at a similar stage, take part in group sessions and build relationships across the SMHN network.

Student members can join peer discussions, mentorship Q&As and selected campaigns and events. Professional members will connect through facilitated Circle cohorts, masterclasses and local in-person meet-ups. You’ll be encouraged to participate, but never pressured to share more than feels comfortable.

Membership is not only about what you receive...

It is about building a strong, connected Somali mental health network together.

Across the 12-month pilot, members will connect, share knowledge, access mentorship or reflective spaces, attend development opportunities and contribute to relevant campaigns, research and community projects. Your experiences and feedback will also help SMHN understand what Somali students and professionals need and shape future support, services and systems change.

The aim is to create a network where members feel supported individually while contributing collectively to better mental health outcomes for Somali communities.
